We built this site as the answer to that story. Five things set every towing bill — distance, situation, vehicle, hour, and where the car ends up — and you should hear all five on the callback, before hookup. • Storage yards meter by the day, weekends included. Choosing your destination on the first call ends the meter before it starts. If a car is already behind a fence, the impound guide is the fastest path out.
