A callback form and two counters. That's the full list of what this site knows about you, sorted by who ends up seeing it.
What the tow company sees
Whatever you put in the callback request: your name, a number to ring you on, what happened, and the details a truck needs โ where the car is, what it is, where it should go. That reaches us by email, is read, and is passed to one independent local tow company, the one that calls you back with a price and does the job. That company may pay us for the referral. A dropped pin or a mile marker goes to that company for the tow and for nothing else. Your request is not sent to anyone else and is not put on any list. The host that serves the site and delivers the form processes it on our behalf, and that is the only thing it does with it.
What Google and Cloudflare see
Google Analytics sees visits and pages, and keeps one visitor separate from the next with its own cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics sees page views and sets no cookie. Between them they tell us whether people find the right page at 2am. Neither is used to chase you with towing ads afterward, and there are no ad pixels, retargeting scripts or chat pop-ups on the site.
What nobody sees
A call recording โ this website publishes no phone number and runs no phone line, so there is nothing here to record; the callback comes from the tow company, on its own line. Card numbers, bank details, accounts, passwords โ nothing is paid for here. The host that serves these pages keeps the routine server logs every host keeps, on its own terms.
Changing or removing what you sent
Send a second request through the same form saying so, and it's handled.
